Founder and Sole Administrator of the Badii Studio (1988) he subsequently formed the B.U.B. (1998) directed to Global Marketing Consultancy for Italian and International Companies.
Subsequently he created the specialized departments of B.U.B .; E.m.m.A. (2002) for the "Managerial Consultancy for the production of Renewable Energy and for Energy Saving"; the I.D.E.A. (2002) for the "Economic and Technical Managerial Consultancy for the Preparation of Procedures for the access to FINANCING of the European Community directed to Italian Companies"; the Eco.M. (2002) for the "Managerial Consultancy for the adoption of Environmental Protection and Eco-Sustainability systems"; the Italian Holidays ITALHOL (2003) for the "Managerial Consultancy; Organizational and Economic Management of Italian Residences to be dedicated to Tourism "; the I.T.E.R. (2003) for the" Information and Training Courses on Safety in the Workplaces; on the Fire and Productive and Private Food Security (HACCP Code) ".
In 2014 it established a No-Profit section "SERSALE NEWS" and "SERSALE LAVORO" and "SERSALE GROUP" to operate an Aggregation and Local Employment Action in the City of Sersale prov. Catanzaro Regione Calabria, Italy, where he transferred one of the Group's primary offices; this is to try to improve the local low economic / productive level (the Calabria Region is the Region with the lowest per capita income of the Italian nation).
In 2017 he founded and holds the functions of CEO / COO / CMO of the BII "Eclectic Marketing System for Business Innovation" and of the BIIdi "Innovative Project & Product Management System and Technical Procedures in the business and private process" as well as constituting a ITALAB International Applied Multidisciplinary Research Center.
Finally in 2018, the BADII group "Eclectic global marketing consultancy" was founded with the wholly-owned subsidiaries BII and BIIdi In addition it has in its constitution the SION, Inter-communal Ass. Of the area of the SILA◘IONICA and of the pertinent Coastal band composed of more than 20 Local NO-Profit Assemblies, trying to create a form of Aggregation involving Individuals; Companies and Entities and Social Assemblies of the Silan Municipalities; pre-Silane and Coastal throughout the Ionian Coast, to launch Territories and Products at National, European but especially World level, as well as for the creation of the Connection Structures between these small Municipalities and the LINKING JOINTS of the Calabria Region for the Alto Flow of Travelers and Tourists as well as Products.

Fondatore e Amministratore Unico dello Studio Badii (1988) successivamente ha costituito la B.U.B. (1998) diretta alla Consulenza Globale sul Marketing alle Aziende Italiane ed Internazionali.
Successivamente ha creato i dipartimenti specialistici della B.U.B.; E.m.m.A. (2002) per la “Consulenza Manageriale per la produzione di Energie Rinnovabili e per il Risparmio Energetico ”; l'I.D.E.A. (2002) per la “Consulenza Manageriale Economica e Tecnica per la Redazione di Procedure per l’accesso a FINANZIAMENTI della Comunità Europea diretta ad Aziende Italiane ”; l'Eco.M. (2002) per la “Consulenza Manageriale per l’adozione di sistemi per la Tutela Ambientale e l’Eco-Sostenibilità"; l'Italian Holidays ITALHOL (2003) per la “Consulenza Manageriale; Gestione Organizzativa ed Economica di Residenze Italiane da dedicare al Turismo ”; l'I.T.E.R. Nel 2017 ha fondato e ricopre le funzioni di CEO/COO/CMO della BII “Sistema Eclettico Marketing per l'innovazione Aziendale” e della BIIdi “Sistema Innovativo di Project & Product Management e Procedure Tecniche nel processo aziendale e privato” oltre a costituire un Centro di Ricerca Multidisciplinare Applicata Internazionale ITALAB.
In fine nel 2018 ha Fondato la BADII group “eclettica consulenza di marketing globale” con le Controllate al 100% BII e BIIdi la partecipazione maggioritaria della B.U.B. ed i suoi Dipartimenti; e lo Studio Badii come pure del Centro di Ricerca ITALAB.
Inoltre ha in costituzione la SION, Ass. Intercomunale dell'area della SILA◘IONICA e della pertinente fascia Costiera composta da più di 20 Ass. Locali NO-Profit cercando di creare una forma di Aggregazione coinvolgendo Privati; Aziende ed Enti e Ass. Sociali dei Comuni Silani; pre-Silani e Costieri di tutto il Litorale IONICO, per lanciare Territori e Prodotti a Livello Nazionale, Europeo ma soprattutto Mondiale, oltre che per la creazione delle Strutture di Collegamento tra questi piccoli Comuni e gli SNODI di COLLEGAMENTO della Regione Calabria per l'Alto Flusso di Viaggiatori e Turisti oltre che di Prodotti.
