Founder and Sole Director of Studio Badii (1988), in 1991, he created the first research and study center BADII Lab (1991), subsequently established the B.U.B. (1998) directed to Global Marketing Consultancy for Italian and International Companies.

Subsequently he created the specialized departments of B.U.B .; E.m.m.A. (2002) for the "Managerial Consultancy for the production of Renewable Energy and for Energy Saving"; the I.D.E.A. (2002) for the "Economic and Technical Managerial Consultancy for the Preparation of Procedures for the access to FINANCING of the European Community directed to Italian Companies"; the Eco.M. (2002) for the "Managerial Consultancy for the adoption of Environmental Protection and Eco-Sustainability systems"; the Italian Holidays ITALHOL (2003) for the "Managerial Consultancy; Organizational and Economic Management of Italian Residences to be dedicated to Tourism "; the ITER (2003) for the" Information and Training Courses on Safety in the Workplaces; on the Fire and Productive and Private Food Security (HACCP Code) ".

In 2014 it established a No-Profit section "SERSALE NEWS" and "SERSALE LAVORO" and "SERSALE GROUP" to operate an Aggregation and Local Employment Action in the City of Sersale prov. Catanzaro Regione Calabria, Italy, where he transferred one of the Group's primary offices; this is to try to improve the local low economic / productive level (the Calabria Region is the Region with the lowest per capita income of the Italian nation).

In 2017 he founded and holds the functions of CEO / COO / CMO of the BII "Eclectic Marketing System for Business Innovation" and of the BIIdi of "Innovative System of Project & Product Management and Technical Procedures in the business and private process" in addition to constituting a ITALAB International Applied Multidisciplinary Research Center.

Finally in 2018, the BADII group "Eclectic global marketing consultancy" was founded with the wholly-owned subsidiaries BII and BII of the majority shareholding of B.U.B. and its Departments; and Studio Badii as well as the ITALAB Research Center.

In addition it has in its constitution the SION, Inter-communal Ass. Of the area of the SILA◘IONICA and of the pertinent Coastal band made up of more than 20 Local NO-Profit Ass. Companies and Entities and Social Assemblies of the Silan Municipalities; pre-Silane and Coastal throughout the Ionian Coast, to launch Territories and Products at National, European but especially World level, as well as for the creation of the Connection Structures between these small Municipalities and the LINKING JOINTS of the Calabria Region for the Alto Flow of Travelers and Tourists as well as Products.
